Violence erupts in Benin city as police officers push bus driver to his death (PHOTOS)

Violence broke out in Benin city, Edo state today after some police officers allegedly pushed a a Commercial Driver to his death along MM Way, Benin City. Eyewitnesses say the driver was pushed because he allegedly refused to give the police officers bribe.

Angry residents and eyewitnesses subsequently set police patrol vans on fire after giving some of the officers a beating.
