Check out this disturbing video of a Nigerian Lecturer flogging his female student in the presence of her colleagues in class.

The video which has since gone viral shows a lecturer of the Osun State University UNIOSUN, flogging a female student. The amazing thing is the lady in question allowed herself to be flogged.
